Recently, with the in-depth research on 6G technology, it has been discovered that integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) can greatly enhance the communication capabilities of cyber-physical systems (CPSs). Thus, the concept of ISAC-CPS has emerged. In order to ensure the security of ISAC-CPS during communication, this paper proposes a new multi-attacks detection method based on the random finite set (RFS) theory. Concretely speaking, we first model the attackers’, behavior and detection mechanism in CPS using the RFS theory. Then, we utilize the recursion of the RFS-based PMBM filter to estimate the state of attackers, which achieves the simultaneous detection of multiple attacks. Finally, numerical experiments are conducted to validate effectiveness of the proposed method.
