This paper investigates an active reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-aided multi-user integrated sensing, communication and computation (ISCC) system, where an active RIS is deployed to assist users’ computation offloading. Aiming at minimizing the weighted computing latency of the ISCC system, we propose a joint computing and communication-sensing design. Specifically, based on the block coordinate descent (BCD) method, the problem is decoupled into subproblems, which are alternately solved by the successive convex approximation (SCA) method, weighted minimum mean square error (WMMSE) method, and majorization-minimization (MM) method. Simulation results demonstrate that active RIS achieves a significantly lower weighted computing latency than passive RIS.
