Rapport d'Essais du CSTB Concernant un Détecteur de Mouvement / Présence de Type Infrarouge Passif (PIR)

Christophe Martinsons, Nicolas Picard · HAL (Le Centre pour la Communication Scientifique Directe) · 2024

The CSTB operates a test laboratory dedicated to the design and measurement of passive infrared detectors (PIR) used for occupancy sensing and motion detection in buildings and cities. Applications include burglar alarms, lighting control, access control, and HVAC management. This document is an example of a typical test report of a passive infrared sensor (PIR) used in a lighting product in offices, design to detect small amplitude motions.
