Tools and Options of Figured Graph Editing Software

This chapter covers the tools and options of figured graph editing software and their use in figured graph editing. The list of a few commonly used figured editing software like MS Paint and Arahpaint is given. The tools are grouped under, drawing tools (zoom in, zoom out, graph (grid) on and off, fill, pencil, freehand draw, undo, redo, eraser or rubber, line, draw line, polygon, circle, ellipse, square, rectangle, text, and bezier) and selection tools (rectangular selection, move, deselect or merge down, freehand selection, and magic wand). The tools used for graph: reverse, rotate, and cut-shift tools, tools for multiplying the ends-picks, tools for increasing or decreasing the graph size, tools for moving the graph, and tools for adding or removing the ends-picks inside the graph are discussed. This chapter also narrates the different options that are available under colouring tools, drawing tools, layer or selection tools, and brush tools. The other common options under different menus are also listed.
