Designing Different Types of Figured Graphs Using Various Tools and Options

This chapter explains all about the designing of different types of figured graphs using various tools and options. First, it discusses the procedure followed to design the figured graphs, viz., bi-symmetrical, multi-symmetrical, turn-round figured graphs, and diagonal reverse-figured graphs using reverse and rotate tools. Next, this chapter covers the steps of designing the figured graphs using the ‘Repeat Mode Drawing by Reversing’ option. All-over straight repeat, end-way bi-symmetrical, pick-way bi-symmetrical, and multi-symmetrical are the different types of figured graphs that can be designed using this option. The third one is drawing figured graphs using the ‘Repeat Mode Drawing by Dropping’ option. Using this option, two types of dropping are possible. One is pick-way dropping for an end-way repeating figured graph and the other is end-way dropping for the pick-way repeating figured graph. ½-drop, ⅓-drop, and ¼-drop are illustrated as examples. Finally, designing figured graphs using half-drop straight and half-drop reverse principles are elaborated.
