In order to enhance the reliability of Yoga pose self-training systems, the analysis on difficulty grading is essential. Based on the OpenPose for two-dimensional pose estimation, which identifies various Yoga poses, comprehensive information on human body posture can be obtained. This study focuses on evaluating the human body joint nodes extracted by OpenPose and selecting the necessary key points for difficulty analysis. By the Yoga poses datasets, key points are used to calculate the areas of the upper and lower body, followed by the determination of the weighting center with the centroid formula. This facilitates subsequent analysis of the difficulty of Yoga poses, including aspects such as balance and load during doing the posture, thereby providing a more comprehensive experience for users of the Yoga self-training system.
