Advance with times, the development of IT has formed an inseparable relationship with the human lifestyle. The trend of technological applications continues to evolve based on the changes in modern living, bringing more convenience to people's lives. Among these, mixed reality (MR) technology stands out as a prime example. This technology combines real-world environments with virtual objects to provide users with highly interactive sensory experiences. In this study, a MR system based on smart glasses is designed for the maintenance and health care of human acupoints. When users wear the smart glasses, the system can capture images through the camera and utilize the MediaPipe framework to identify the human skeleton, thus localize specific acupoint locations. This system not only displays relevant information about the acupoints but also provides guidance for subsequent acupressure. Its advantage lies in assisting users unfamiliar with acupoints in easily locating them. Without the need for expert assistance, users can perform acupressure at any time, thereby achieving the effects of alleviating symptoms, self-healing, and improving quality of life.
