This paper presents a novel approach in digital signal processing, specifically addressing the conversion of high-frequency signals to baseband using Numerically Controlled Oscillators (NCO) and Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filtering. We delve into optimizing computational complexity, power efficiency, and area efficiency in signal processing. Our methodology includes strategic signal sampling, application of FIR filters, and comprehensive spectral and temporal analysis. This research significantly contributes to enhancing the performance of modern communication systems, with a focus on resource-efficient conversion processes. The study bridges existing gaps in the field and introduces advanced, efficient designs for high-frequency to baseband signal conversion.
