As the global population aging trend intensifies and the medical demand continues to rise, the medical service robot has become the key driving force of the innovative service mode in the medical industry. In view of the rapid expansion of the medical robot market, this study proposes a ward medical service robot that integrates advanced Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The robot has exquisite design and comprehensive functions. It can not only independently navigate and effectively respond to various challenges in the complex hospital environment, but also through the significant improvement of face tracking technology, so that medical staff can more effectively monitor the patient's condition remotely and improve the remote nursing experience. In addition, the robot has a highly integrated design, including control, interaction, mechanical, visual and hardware units, and supports a number of service functions, such as automatic obstacle avoidance, medical material distribution, remote communication and environmental disinfection, aiming to reduce the workload of medical staff and improve the efficiency of medical services and the quality of patient care. Through this comprehensive design and technological innovation, our ward medical service robot not only responds to the needs of the medical industry for efficient and intelligent solutions, but also indicates the future trend of medical service automation and intelligence, which has a far-reaching impact on improving the operation and management of the hospital and improving patient satisfaction.
