With the significant advances in IoT and cloud technologies, a large number of cloud services have emerged to meet the diverse needs of users. However, there are differences in the functions and quality levels of these services. Effectively assessing their quality and ensuring their effectiveness is crucial for the development of IoT cloud platforms. To solve it, we propose a user-oriented quality assessment strategy for IoT cloud services. First, a six-level cloud service evaluation indicator system is established for IoT service users. Then, an indicator importance measurement method based on information differences is designed to learn the correlation relationship between different indicators. Finally, a TOPSIS-based method is employed to comprehensively and thoroughly rank cloud service quality.
