Incident Power Density Evaluation Method Based on Metalens and R-U-Net

Incident power density(IPD) is commonly used to quantify the electromagnetic exposure of human body above 6 GHz. In this paper, a novel method of field reconstruction based on metalens and deep learning is proposed to evaluating IPD. Metalens is used to overcome ill-conditioned problem in the reconstruction process. Inputting focused planar electric field, the neural network model outputs the evaluating planar electric field. This method greatly improves the reconstruction accuracy compared to conventional methods.
