Empowering Rural Governance Platform through Blockchain Technology: A Pathway for Digitalization

Blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution for enhancing transparency, security, and efficiency in various domains, including e-government and rural governance platforms. This study explores the potential of blockchain technology in enabling rural governance platforms to achieve digital transformation. By implementing blockchain-based data sharing frameworks, transparency, security, and efficiency in data management and information sharing can be significantly improved. The study explores key blockchain technologies such as smart contracts, encryption algorithms, and certificate management to ensure the security and reliability of data exchange processes. It also conducts experiments to evaluate the performance of smart contracts in terms of transaction throughput and response speed. The results demonstrate the scalability and effectiveness of blockchain technology in strengthening rural governance platforms. This research contributes to the advancement of blockchain applications in e-governance, and provides insights for future research in this area.
