The Special Delivery Classroom, as a distance hybrid education and learning model, is a critical way to promote educational equity and improve learning efficiency. However, due to the influence of various factors such as time, space and environment, students may suffer from poor learning outcomes in this pattern. In this study, we utilize the text of the teacher's punch card as the initial point of departure, employing natural language processing technology to construct a model of students' learning emotions, encompassing the three dimensions of "Teaching behavior," "Learning behavior" and "Learning emotions." By integrating semantic dependency syntactic analysis, we devise the triad extraction rules and subsequently identify various types of triad combinations to evaluate the learning impact of students. The study results show that the teaching format of the Special Delivery Classroom can significantly improve the motivation of students' learning. However, there are also problems of negative learning status and low learning efficiency. In response to the negative emotions experienced by students, this study analyzes the causes from the teacher's point of view and makes recommendations accordingly. In order to provide a reference for teachers to improve teaching strategies and enhance students' learning efficiency.
