Analysis of Global Research Trends and Development Trends in Smart Healthcare: A Bibliometric Study

Smart Healthcare, as an advanced stage of medical informatization, is rapidly developing and gradually becoming an important component of the healthcare system architecture. This paper adopts bibliometric methods and utilizes VOSviewer and CiteSpace software to conduct quantitative analysis and visualization of relevant literature in the global citation database Web of Science (WoS) from 2014 to 2024. To reveal the research hotspots, trends, and future directions in the field of intelligent healthcare, and to deeply analyze highly cited and representative literature in different time period s, the method of co-occurrence analysis is employed to grasp the research context and core issues in this field. This study provides important reference and suggestions for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners in the field of intelligent healthcare, facilitating the acceleration of technological innovation and practice in intelligent healthcare, thereby promoting the progress of the global health industry.
