Report resulting from the work in the OWS-5 test bed.A LB-Service allows automatic license conclusion and thus fills the gap in the "GeoDRM Engineering Viewpoint and Supporting Architecture" document (OGC #06-184r2), which defined a Geo Rights Management (GeoRM) infrastructure allowing license based access control to services as a result of the OWS-4 testbed.Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights.
