This public Engineering Report (ER) is a deliverable of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Interoperability Program Open Web Service (OWS) Testbed phase 6 (OWS-6).The document describes an abstract event architecture for service oriented architectures.Furthermore various techniques for implementing an event architecture and working with events are discussed.
