Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a major role in the fourth industrial revolution, and we are seeing a lot of evolution in various machine learning methodologies. AI techniques are widely used by practicing engineers to solve a whole range of hitherto intractable problems. Recently, OpenAI has publicly released their primarily large natural language processing (NLP) Model-Based generative AI ChatGPT4. ChatGPT4 can write codes, letters, and poems; plot market strategies; answer questions; pass exams; and do many other things. Moreover, AI is being used in deep learning neural networks and real-world applications; big data analytics and understanding complex networks; Intelligent transportation systems and smart vehicles; Internet-of-things (IoT) and cyber-physical systems; self-organizing and emerging bio-inspired systems; global optimization; evolutionary algorithms; swarm intelligence; nature and biologically inspired meta-heuristics; aspects of reasoning: abductive, case-based, Model-Based, non-monotonic, fuzzy systems; neuro-fuzzy systems; architectures, algorithms, and techniques for distributed AI systems, including multi-agent-based control and holonic control, decision-support systems, incomplete, progressive, and approximate reasoning; applications of chaos theory and fractals; robotics; and many others.
