A critical concern is posed by accidents in aquatic environments, necessitating innovative solutions for timely intervention and rescue. In response, an advanced approach is introduced: the integration of LoRa technology into wearable life jackets, augmented with IoT capabilities. Safety measures are aimed to be enhanced and rescue operations streamlined in water-related emergencies by this initiative. Real-time tracking of individuals in distress is enabled by incorporating sensors and wireless connectivity into the smart life jacket. In the event of an emergency, rescue signals are autonomously transmitted to designated stations and lifeguards by the device, ensuring swift and effective intervention. The utilization of LoRa technology is intended to extend communication range and enhance reliability, which is essential for seamless communication in diverse aquatic environments. Additionally, comprehensive data management and analysis of water-related incidents are facilitated by IoT integration, empowering stakeholders to implement proactive measures and improve overall water safety. This initiative signifies a significant step towards elevating safety standards and enhancing the quality of aquatic experiences. Through technological innovation and strategic collaboration, the critical need for enhanced safety measures in aquatic environments is promised to be addressed, ultimately contributing to a safer and more enjoyable experience for all water enthusiasts.
