This research work proposes an Internet of Things (IoT) based integrated hardware and software solution designed for smart hotels to enhance safety, hospitality, and customer interaction. This approach outperforms the existing problem of high costs, limited features in web application, security concerns, searching for multiple applications for each need, and much more. The IoT -based hardware kit installed in hotel rooms employs sensors to detect potential hazards such as gas leaks, smoke, and fire. The data collected from the sensors are updated using a Wi-Fi module and monitored through a web application. In cases of emergency, an alarm is triggered to address hazardous incidents promptly. Moreover, the web application offers diverse functionalities such as chatbots, room booking, food and grocery ordering, sightseeing and taxi booking, discounts and complimentary coupons, room services, hotel navigation, and other exciting features which eliminates customers from searching for other applications thereby benefiting researchers and business professionals in the hospitality sector. Customers are also provided with personalized login credentials, allowing them to access the platform conveniently. This work highlights the significance of technology in enhancing hospitality management by amalgamating safety and interactive services to create a smart and secure environment. It revolutionizes the guest experience by defining new standards of modern hotel management to ensure operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
