Development of 10 kΩ metal-foil stable standard resistors

We developed three 10 kΩ stable standard resistors and evaluated their characteristics. They showed stable behavior and low drift rates in resistance within ±5 nΩ/Ω per year just after the fabrication. The temperature coefficients of them were less than 15 (nΩ/Ω)/K at around 23 °C, and the humidity dependence was within ±0.2 (nΩ/Ω)/% at 23 °C.
