The endless disputes surrounding copyright infringement in the entertainment industry have a negative impact on directors because they place an implicit responsibility on them to make sure their work complies with copyright laws.Copyright exists in works, not just ideas or formulations, which creates a number of complications.The movie crew's informal discussions and conversations may also lead to the replication of this work, primarily in India, as the author did not establish any concrete work on the subject.The authors expect their rights to be protected and are afraid of being taken advantage of.Any individual working in the entertainment or media industries, including filmmakers, needs to be aware of prior works in order to prevent copyright infringement.The response of the public is crucial to the entertainment industry.Most of the time, people are able to identify a copied work before it even reaches its creator.Thus, care must be taken both when producing original works and when protecting them.Even in the event of true or minor errors, the original creator of the work is now obligated to ensure that there is no infringement.The objective of the paper is to gain a comprehensive understanding of copyright infringement in the entertainment industry by focusing on the film industry.Specifically, the paper aims to showcase the ways in which Indian filmmakers have utilised various concepts to express themselves in unique ways.
