Research on the Construction Method of Industry Information Knowledge Graph for Electricity Customers

This article focuses on the problem of user classification in the field of power marketing. Using artificial intelligence technology and based on the characteristics of information texts in the power customer industry, the general process of constructing a knowledge graph is modified, and a scheme for constructing a knowledge graph in the power customer industry is proposed. Firstly, obtain text data, preprocess the text, and define the data pattern. Then, build entities and relationships. Finally, store the knowledge graph in the Neo4j graph database to complete the construction of the power user industry information knowledge graph. Finally, the application of power user industry classification based on knowledge graph was implemented, and the effectiveness of the user classification method based on knowledge graph in this paper was verified through experiments.
