Gordon Moore was a pioneer of the semiconductor industry and will long be remembered for the eponymousMoore’s Law. Those who knew Gordon personally, though, only mention Moore’s Law in passing when describing their friend and colleague. More often, those closest to him describe his insatiable curiosity, business acumen, wisdom, vision, and sense of duty as his lasting legacy, not Moore’s Law.
