Systems for data sharing currently in use rely on trusted third parties (TTP). Systems like this shortage of trust, transparency, security and confidentiality because of the presence of TTP. The present study suggested an interplanetary file system (IPFS)-based blockchain-enabled secure data-sharing structure to address these problems. Owners upload their metadata to an IPFS server, which then splits into private shares. By performing the user functions that the owner established in the smart contract, the suggested scheme accomplishes security and access management. The user is invited to submit reviews of the data after its effective distribution. This situation combines decentralised storage, the Ethereum blockchain, encryption and a rewards system. Solidity-written smart contracts have been installed on the regional Ethereum examination network to carry out the suggested situation. The suggested strategy accomplishes data standards, access management, transparency, security and owner integrity.
