A maximum likelihood estimator for quartets under the Cavender-Farris-Neyman model

We present the Julia package FourLeafMLE.jl, which solves a global optimization problem to perform statistical inference using DNA sequence alignment data for quartets under the Cavender-Farris-Neyman phylogenetic model.
