Feedback circuit can improve the stability of the gain, reduce the non-linear distortion, widen the passband of the amplifier, and affect the input and output resistance of the amplifier. In the actual production, in order to ensure that the wafer realizes the specified output function, methods and measures are adopted in the preparation process to control the product characteristics. This paper discusses the control of transistor magnification and the adjustment of resistance in triode, and how to ensure the final withstand voltage of products.
