The number of intelligent networking terminal products based on WiFi communication is growing rapidly, and the application scenarios are becoming more and more rich, which also puts forward higher requirements for the performance of WiFi router, such as higher speed, greater coverage, better anti-interference ability, etc. With the popularity of WiFi 6 products and the development of WiFi 7 technology, routers have more advanced functions, such as supporting greater extreme throughput, supporting multi-user access and more flexible channel resource allocation. However, due to technical problems or cost factors, the communication performance of WiFi router products varies greatly, and there is a lack of test standards and tools related to communication performance. How to test and evaluate the communication performance of WiFi router has become a challenge. Starting from the actual user experience of wireless communication, this project has built a WiFi performance test system composed of WiFi signal simulator, programmable attenuator, interference signal generator and shielding room, which can simulate multiple STAs, and realize the communication quality test of intelligent networking products from wired network to wireless network. It is mainly aimed at domestic, commercial or industrial WiFi devices or wireless terminals. Through the accurate control of the laboratory wireless communication air interface channel environment, the core indicators of the product, such as coverage ability, stability, multi-user access communication, heterogeneous access compatibility, anti-interference ability, are tested.
