Sixth-generation (6G) networks are able to completely transform the healthcare sector. 6 G technology has the potential to significantly impact fields like telesurgery and epidemic/pandemic management due to its unparalleled efficiency enabling seamless remote patient monitoring and bolstering smart healthcare (s-health) solutions. Healthcare services will be able to use 6 G ‘s communication capabilities to get around geographical and temporal limitations. Current approaches to 6 G network performance management tend to ignore the wide range of network devices and communication technologies involved and only address specific issues, even though they frequently concentrate on specific techniques like resource allocation, reservation, traffic shaping, and scheduling. This study introduces a novel architecture for performance management, a clever framework for 5 G and 6 G network-based healthcare apps, which, in order to overcome these difficulties, dynamically satisfies the demanding requirements of smart health applications. The core of this architecture is the utilisation of network slicing technologies, which are critical to realising the full potential of 5 G and 6 G networks. Unlike previous approaches, the smart framework for healthcare applications in 5G/6G networks automatically adapts to the unique requirements of smart health applications, taking into consideration the diversity of devices and services. Results from mininet-WiFi simulated environments demonstrate that this architecture may be used in virtualized settings to meet the performance needs of s-health applications.
