This paper offers a new method for improving cloud-based content delivery’s financial viability for content suppliers. It highlights the need of factoring in storage costs within the cloud network in addition to content delivery charges. Through optimization techniques, the novel model introduces an effective replica placement strategy by utilizing shared storage solutions strategically placed throughout the content delivery network. The suggested strategy optimizes content delivery costs overall by using a variety of content delivery strategies that are customized for particular situations. The experimental results show better performance at lower storage, traffic, and latency costs. A thorough and successful content delivery experience is also ensured by the model’s effective fulfillment of Quality-of-Service and Quality-of-Experience requirements.
