Predictive Analysis of Modulation Classification and Adaptive Modulator for Next Generation Networks

Cognitive radios are used for dynamic spectrum management and interference identification. Automatic modulation classification is used for identification of modulation scheme of received signal. Modulated signals have a Cyclostationary property, through which they are identified and then further processed. Cyclostationary feature detection method detects the Cyclostationary features and then identifies the modulation type. The cyclic frequency domain profile that is extracted from spectral correlation function is used for the classification of modulation. Each modulation scheme has a different cyclic frequency domain profile.
