This study proposes an innovative solution that utilizes blockchain technology within a cloud-based framework to address these critical issues. By dispersing and encrypting medical records, the proposed methodology enhances network security, fortifies data privacy, and Enhances confidentiality among healthcare stakeholders. The integration of blockchain not only mitigates network latency but also implements lightweight access controls, fostering the security infrastructure. Empirical findings highlight the efficacy of securely transmitting data through portable devices while upholding the sanctity of personal medical information. This approach holds the potential for advancing data security and privacy in healthcare environment, enabling trust and reliability between patients and providers.
