Theadvent of Free Viewpoint Video (FVV) marks a significant evolution in internet video services, moving from traditional formats to more interactive and immersive experiences. Current free viewpoint video transmission systems face several challenges, including insufficient scalability in high-concurrency scenarios and additional response delays during interaction. To address these issues, we propose an innovative distributed viewpoint system solution that effectively resolves problems related to delay and scalability. At the transmission stage, we employ the QUIC protocol as the foundational transport protocol and introduce background streams as a strategy for viewpoint switching. By implementing a priority-sensitive scheduler, our system is able to maintain a high Quality of Experience (QoE) even in environments with weak network conditions. Through a series of simulation experiments, we have validated the efficiency and practicality of our system: our system is able to maintain an improvement of $3.49 \%-13.84 \%$ in PSNR. Overall, this research provides an effective solution for multi-stream parallel transmission applications such as free viewpoint video and 360 -degree video
