Biometric system is a system which recognizes a person using their information or certain characteristics such as Fingerprint, Iris, Face and Voice recognition. This paper, proposes a biometric based Voice Recognition System. This method is selected as it has minimum breaches and it improves security. Authors have implemented two different models; voice and speech recognition models which will work together as one model for the final outcome. The Speech Recognition model is based on the GMCC features and a two-layer CNN. The Voice Recognition model uses GMM Model to classify the MFCC which is used to recognize the voice of the speaker. The proposed system has a user interface so that people can register themselves and their biometrics which will be stored in our database.
