AquaFlux New Designs in Virtual Environment

Omar Al Hashimi · 2024

In the contemporary landscape of the internet era, Virtual Reality (VR) stands as a crucial technological advancement. Its capacity to provide a highly proficient comprehension of diverse subjects, demonstrate tools, and articulate ideas within an exceptionally realistic environment is noteworthy. AquaFlux, a cutting-edge skin measurement instrument, originated as a research project by the London South Bank University research team and has since been integrated into the operations of various global corporations. While the device embodies a futuristic concept integral to its advancement in medical research, the necessity for comprehensive training, traditionally requiring physical presence on campus, poses substantial challenges in terms of time and financial investments. In response to these challenges, the incorporation of a Virtual User Environment (VUE) becomes imperative for the effective training of users on the advanced functionalities of AquaFlux. This paper outlines the development process of a web-based, interactive 3D virtual user environment tailored for the futuristic AquaFlux device. The VUE serves as an immersive 3D guide, presenting all learners with a comprehensive display of AquaFlux's advanced features.
