To effectively automate the selection of communication links and reduce the overall communication risk, a method for the automatic selection of power 5G communication links based on risk balance has been proposed. Initially, with the objectives of minimizing global risk and maximizing service channel availability, a model for the automatic selection of power 5G communication links is established, considering channel bandwidth, delay, and packet loss rate as constraints. The model evaluates service risk and network service risk balance among other indicators. Communication services are ranked from lowest to highest risk, and the model prioritizes lower-risk services for link selection. The communication link automatic selection model is solved using a quantum genetic algorithm, obtaining the lowest global risk and highest service channel availability, thus completing the automatic link selection process. Experiments have proven that this method can effectively determine the risk levels of various communication services, automate link selection, reduce overall risk, enhance service channel availability and bandwidth, and reduce channel delay and packet loss rate, achieving superior risk balancing effects.
