This paper presents an innovative project that aims to revolutionize website security through the integration of multi-modal biometric authentication, dynamic hosting, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. The proposed system utilizes advanced face recognition, lip movement analysis, and voice recognition techniques to achieve robust user authentication, ensuring secure communication for government and intelligence agencies. Leveraging AWS services such as EC2, VPC, CloudWatch, and SNS, the system dynamically hosts the website across different regions, providing enhanced anonymity and protection against cyber threats. This work contributes to advancements in secure multimodal authentication, dynamic hosting strategies, and cloud-based security solutions.
