With the widespread adoption of new energy sources, the fluctuation in both power generation and demand within the power system has led to an increased need for grid flexibility. There are variations in the availability of flexible resources and their corresponding demands across different regional power grids, making it challenging for regions with abundant flexibility resources to fully utilize them. In order to solve this problem, the paper establishes a source-network-load-storage cooperative optimization operation model considering cross region mutual aid of flexible resources. And simulation analysis is conducted based on actual operational data from regional power grids. The results demonstrate that leveraging mutual aid through flexible resource utilization can effectively enhance grid flexibility while reducing operating costs and improving both power supply capacity and renewable energy accommodation rates.
