Optimizing LGU Project Management: A Web-Based System Empowered by Weather Prediction API

This study presents the design and development of a web-based project management system with integrated weather prediction API tailored for Local Government Units (LGUs). Employing the modified waterfall model, the system offers efficient project handling, task tracking, and real-time weather monitoring. Through the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), user evaluations affirm excellent usability and positive user experiences. Comparative analysis against benchmarks indicates the system's excellence in supporting LGU project management amid dynamic environmental factors. This research contributes insights to the field, emphasizing usability, API integration, and user experience as critical success factors for LGU project management systems.
