The aim of this work is to revolutionize digital identity management by introducing a secure, decentralized and user-centric approach using block chain. It includes a number of trained websites which are both risky and nonrisky. Materials and Methods: The present work has involved four groups. Group 1 refers to the Support Vector Machine (SVM). Group 2 refers to blockchain the stores the digital identity. Group 3 refers to a recurrent neural network with trained websites which are risky or non-risky. This algorithm is mainly used for finding risky or non-risky websites. Group 4 refers to a lookup substitution algorithm. In instances where the service provider is untrusted, a Lookup Substitution Algorithm generates a masked credential. Results: The signup wallet is more accurate than the support vector machine and the recurrent neural networks gave the accuracy of $95 \%$. The primary goal of this project is to give individuals greater control over their own digital identities, reducing the reliance on centralized authorities and minimizing the risks associated with data breaches and privacy violations. Conclusion: Within the limits of study, recurrent neural networks offer better performance than support vector machines with an efficiency of $95 \%$.
