Face Recognition based secured Attendance System

The Face Recognition Attendance Management System is an innovative solution designed to enhance traditional attendance tracking by leveraging advanced face recognition technology and IP cameras. The necessity for effective, precise, and frictionless attendance tracking in a variety of corporate contexts is met by this technology. An effective and dependable approach to managing attendance is provided by the integration of network and computer vision technologies. The technology makes use of IP cameras that have been outfitted with advanced face recognition algorithms in order to acquire and process facial features, allowing for quick and accurate identification of people. Artificial intelligence ensures excellent reliability in real-world scenarios by enabling the system to adapt to various ambient variables and face expressions. The Insight Face Python module is used for both dataset collection and preparation; the preprocessed data is then kept in a Redis database for easy access and retrieval. SplitCam software is used to record live video from IP cameras that are connected to a computer. The Insight Face Python module is used to gather facial embedding, which are then compared using a cosine similarity machine learning method to embedding kept in the Redis database.
