Existence results for a class of singular p ( x )-Kirchhoff equations

Mustafa Avcı · Complex Variables and Elliptic Equations · 2024

In the present paper, we study a class of p(x)-Kirchhoff-type equations involving variable singularities. Using the Ekeland's variational principle, a constrained minimization and a global minimum method, we show the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for the weak (γ∈(0,1)) and strong (γ∈(1,∞)) variable singularities. We provide two applications to illustrate the main results.
