Cloud computing technology is a product of the Internet service model, which has the characteristics of large scale, scalability, strong versatility and high reliability. This paper studies the virtual machine scheduling management mechanism of the virtual simulation practice cloud platform, and improves the virtual machine scheduling management policy of the virtual simulation practice cloud platform by focusing on the problems existing in the resource scheduling policy of the initial VM allocation and the running stage, so as to improve the resource utilization rate of the cloud computing platform, improve the load balancing of physical hosts, and ensure the cloud service quality of users. This paper optimizes the host filtering mechanism of compute nodes, and proposes the dynamic migration mechanism of VMS during the running phase and the selection mechanism of VMS to be migrated, ensuring the rationality of the initial VM allocation and the load balancing of physical hosts of compute nodes during the running phase. The proposed optimization strategy is simulated using virtual simulation practice cloud simulation platform. The practice shows that the proposed virtual machine scheduling optimization strategy plays a significant role in load balancing of physical hosts, improving resource utilization, and improving platform service quality.
