Based on the policy document database data of The State Council of China, the data of the National Bureau of Statistics of China, the data of China National Knowledge Infrastructure, the data of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and other authoritative materials, this paper systematically combed and deeply analyzed the development characteristics of China's new energy vehicle industry, and established a mathematical model to solve practical problems. Firstly, our team investigated and analyzed various data related to the development of new energy vehicles in the past ten years, and selected the total number of new energy vehicles in China as the measurement index of its development. Our team firstly screened the factors by heat map analysis method, and then used the multiple linear regression model to fit the data. Through the analysis and comparison of the fitting effect, the weight ratio between each data and the total number of new energy vehicles in China was obtained. Finally, through data integration, it is concluded that intelligent driving, road area, motor related technology, safety level, and the government's policy on the construction of supporting facilities for new energy vehicles are positively correlated and have a significant impact on the development of new energy electric vehicles in China. We first processed the previous data, and then our team got the prediction results by fitting a cubic polynomial model, but this model did not fit the actual situation, so it was discarded. In this case, inspired by the ecological community succession dynamic balance theory, our team designed and developed the "BSLSM" model, which has the best effect. Finally, according to the fitting results, it is predicted that China's new energy electric vehicles will show explosive growth around 2025, and then gradually tend to the state of development balance.
