Construction of Public Management Dynamic Coordination System Based on Fuzzy Control Algorithm

Although fuzzy control has many advantages, from the point of view of practical engineering application, there are still many unsolved problems in fuzzy control. Among them, there are many design factors of fuzzy controller. When the controlled object is complex, it is difficult to choose and adjust the design factors of fuzzy controller. In order to avoid the complex debugging of parameters in fuzzy controller design and obtain the best control performance, swarm intelligence algorithm is often used to optimize the parameters of fuzzy controller. The discarding rate of data packet is calculated by fuzzy reasoning. The fuzzy control of queue scheduling is realized by using the congestion control method of the combination of global primary queue and local queue. According to the algorithm of fuzzy control, this paper puts forward a method of building fuzzy control algorithm by using the conventional function module of decentralized control system. This method provides a new idea for the better application of fuzzy control in decentralized control system.
