With the development of the information data industry and the Internet of Things, RFID technology has been widely used in the field of object tracking, positioning and recognition and user location services. How to solve the privacy and security threats generated by users by using location-based services has become a serious problem. The existing position privacy protection method based on Hash function generally makes heavy overhead while working. In this paper, A lightweight RFID location privacy protection scheme is proposed. The scheme uses improved permutation operations combined with XOR operations to encrypt the user's location privacy, and divides time and location information into different storage spaces. Theoretical analysis and test experiments show that the scheme can reduce the communication overhead within the system under the premise of protecting location privacy, and effectively control the growth of tag computing overhead. This scheme overcomes the shortcomings of the existing privacy protection method based on Hash function. It would be more suitable for the location privacy protection needs of lightweight and low-cost RFID systems.
