The circulation of government data resources is an important link to promote the construction of new smart cities and the modernization of urban governance capabilities. At present, academia and industry use government information resource cataloging system, logical centralization and physical dispersion, and data to the cloud to solve the problem of non-sharing of government data to a certain extent. However, the problem of difficult cross-department and cross-level business collaboration still exists. In order to solve the above-mentioned supervision problems, focusing on the research on the supervision mechanism of rights and responsibilities in the process of cross-departmental circulation of government affairs data, this paper proposes a government affairs data rights confirmation mechanism based on blockchain technology, which is an incomplete decentralized method for central supervision. , and a strong supervision application model based on this method to realize the supervision of data quality and sharing authority. The experimental results show that the proposed theoretical algorithm model has scientific significance for solving the unclear rights and responsibilities in government data sharing, and the supervision of dynamic update of authority. and application value.
