Security and privacy in the blockchain-Internet of Things hybrid system for a healthcare database network
Puneeta Singh, Shrddha Sagar · 2024
The healthcare industry is experiencing a surge in anxieties related to patient records and computerized medical practices. New, more secure ways of monitoring and exchanging medical data are one of several services made possible by integrating the IoT with blockchain technology. Central to this system is the idea of data blocks, which, if filled, can hold whole datasets before being sealed and linked to create a data chain. A secure and highly precise technique of data storage is established in this study without the need for any external system. By using blockchain technology to an advanced healthcare system, our research demonstrates how other technologies may be integrated to create a fully automated and secure record-serving system, capitalizing on current trends and opportunities.
