Real time recognition methods for Chinese sign language based on detection model

The research on sign language recognition methods is of great significance for enhancing the practicality of human-machine interfaces and constructing barrier free communication modes. Traditional sign language recognition methods lack research on real-time performance optimization of the sign language recognition process, as well as a lack of dedicated sign language datasets. Some technologies are still immature and have high power consumption. This article proposes a Chinese sign language recognition strategy based on a detection model. By designing a sign language recognition algorithm based on the detection model, the real time performance of sign language recognition is improved. Experimental results have shown that the proposed sign language recognition strategy has certain optimization effects.
