A Comparison Analysis of Cryptographic Methods in Sustainable Healthcare

The two types of patient data are sensitive health information and generic information. Information that needs to be kept private requires more confidentiality than common information, such as a phone number, ATM pin, security number, MR number, etc. Therefore, some protected health information (generic disease term, symptoms) without patient association will be highly beneficial for research experiments. When data is kept in a cloud environment, confidentiality, integrity, and availability are all achieved, protecting health information. A crucial tool for information security in any company is cryptography and ensuring safe Internet transfer. Data security is a major concern for the healthcare industry, and it has been demonstrated that numerous advancements in the field can improve computer processing for data security. As the amount of medical data kept electronically grows, so does the need to improve its security. We have compared the watermarking model, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method, 3DES method, Access Control, and CB-PReS. Watermarking generally consists of two stages: (i) watermarking embed method and (ii) watermark extraction. The information is maintained securely using AES in a combined application with a double Hashing rule. To strengthen the security of medical data, 3DES and LSB are paired together and used. The ability of a specific person to give permission or prohibit the usage of a predetermined object is known as access control. CB-PReS enhances the modification of file actions such as updating, deleting, and inserting data. The above-suggested techniques will improve the security of cryptographic techniques.
