Traditional methods for streaming video content have typically been optimized for stable network connections between servers and users, but they often struggle to perform effectively in mobile environments. The fluctuating nature of wireless links poses a challenge, requiring careful consideration to ensure acceptable quality of video streaming services. Leveraging cloud infrastructure introduces additional complexities, such as increased delays resulting from the distance between the infrastructure and the user. To address these challenges, adaptive transmission techniques are crucial for minimizing packet loss and delays, thereby enhancing the overall quality of video streaming services. In this paper, we propose a solution aimed at maintaining user experience at a predefined level as per service level agreements (SLAs). This solution involves real-time detection of quality of experience (QoE) degradation and identification of potential causes based on selected criteria, thus providing adaptive video streaming service based on QoE estimation.
